Feb.21 -- The United States seems to be winning concessions from China as trade negotiators prepare to wrap up the talks in Washington. Beijing is proposing to buy an additional $30B worth of agricultural products a year. However, yesterday, the port of Dalian is said to have banned shipments of coal from Australia amid these simmering tensions between Beijing and Canberra.
