The son of Washington head coach Jay Gruden and nephew of Oakland Raiders head coach Jon Gruden was reportedly arrested Saturday morning.

Per A.J. Perez of USA Today, Jack Gruden, a video assistant for Washington, was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public. The Loudoun County (Virginia) Sheriff's Office said that following an argument Gruden "walked after the other male to continue the confrontation" and "was later involved in two additional confrontations with customers in the area."

The incidents occurred at a shopping and dining area in Ashburn, Virginia, near the team's headquarters.

NBC4 shared Gruden's mugshot:

"We are aware of the arrest of Jack Gruden," Washington spokesperson Tony Wyllie said, per Perez. "We are gathering more information and will not comment until we have further details."

Perez noted Gruden was booked and released and is set to appear in court March 21.

The 22-year-old Gruden was a volunteer with Washington before he became a video assistant.
