Here’s a thing Los Angeles Rams coach Sean McVay did at the podium on Wednesday that has everyone impressed:

It took him around 68 seconds to name every starter on the Chicago Bears’ defense and broke them down with some detail. Some of the takes are “a guy that’s made a lot of plays” or he’s “been doing it for a long time,” which isn’t much of a scouting report. But I know if I had to coach 53 men and juggle other duties, I might not remember every name of the upcoming opponent’s defense.

Then again, I’m not staying up at the team facility at all hours breaking down film. Perhaps some of the reason people are so impressed is because they recall McVay’s memory is more incredible than the clip above:
