Power Smoothie Striped Popsicles

For The Strawberry Layer:
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 cup unsweetened almond milk 
1 tbsp. Chia seeds
1 cup frozen strawberries 
For The Carrot & Mango Layer:
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk 
1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
1/2 cup raw carrots, diced
For The Coconut Layer:
1 cup full fat coconut milk
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract 
1 tbsp. pure maple syrup
For The Kale Layer:
1 tbsp. flaxseed meal
1 cup fresh baby kale, packed
  1. Blend the ingredients for each layer in a blender until smooth.

  2. For the first layer, pour a 2-3 tbsp. into each mold and freeze until almost completely firm, about 20 minutes.

  3. Add the popsicle sticks and freeze again until solid, about 20 minutes.

  4. Repeat with the remaining layers, freezing for 30-40 minutes for each layer.
