Chocolate-Covered Caramel Popcorn Balls

INGREDIENTS
6-8 6-8 cups salted popcorn, popped
1 pack of caramel candy
3 tablespoons butter
3/4 cup chocolate
1/3 cup peanuts, crushed
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Spread out popcorn a pan lined with wax paper.

  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt caramel candy and butter. Mix together until melted, stirring constantly.

  3. Once melted, remove from heat and pour all over the popcorn. Allow to cool slightly.

  4. Grease your hands and divide the mixture into 4-6 equal portions. Roll into balls. Place a popsicle stick in the middle of each ball.

  5. Melt chocolate and dip each ball halfway up. Then dip into crushed peanuts. Place on wax paper and into the fridge to set.
