Buffalo Turkey Burger

Slaw Ingredients:
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon Dijon
2 celery stalks, shaved
2 carrots, shaved
Salt and pepper to taste
Buffalo Turkey Burger Ingredients:
1 pound ground turkey
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 egg
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 cup Frank's RedHot sauce
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
4 brioche buns
Hot sauce for drizzling
  1. Make the slaw: Whisk together the vinegar, Dijon and sugar. Add the celery and carrots, and stir to combine.

  2. Mix the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, butter, hot sauce and Worcestershire. Form into 4 balls.

  3. Make a well in the center of each ball and fill with a piece of blue cheese. Press into a patty.

  4. Heat a cast-iron skillet or grill pan and cook about 6-7 minutes per side.

  5. To serve, place a burger in each bun, top with some slaw and drizzle with hot sauce if desired.
