Some of the biggest names in snowboarding will compete for Olympic gold at the men's halfpipe finals on Feb. 14 in PyeongChang, South Korea.

The U.S. team will feature four athletes in the finals, the most from any country.

It will be a chilly morning with temperatures around minus 2 C (28 F).

"Because of this, the little bit of moisture that will be around in the morning will fall as some light snow," AccuWeather Meteorologist Courtney Spamer said.

Accumulation is forecast to be less than an inch and should wind down when the final runs start.

Winds will be noticeable, but should not play a major factor in the event. Gusts between 16-32 km/h (10-20 mph) are expected.

The event is scheduled for 8:30 p.m. EDT Tuesday (10:30 a.m. Wednesday KST).
