Oven Baked Rice

INGREDIENTS
2 yolks
1 3/4 cups cream (25 percent fat content)
5.2 ounces shredded mozzarella
7 ounces minced ham
1 grated carrot
1 minced onion
2 minced chive stalks
Salt
Nutmeg
2 cups cooked white rice
Grated parmesan cheese
Minced parsley
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. In a bowl, beat the yolks with the cream

  2. Add mozzarella, ham, carrot, chives and onion. Mix well.

  3. Season with salt and nutmeg and mix again.

  4. In a greased and floured bowl, place a layer of rice and on top a little of the cream mixture. Repeat until all the rice is used.

  5. Garnish with parmesan cheese and parsley.

  6. Preheat oven to 356 degrees and bake for 30 minutes.
