Olive oil, for sautéing

cloves garlic, minced

ounces squid, cleaned and cut into rings

ounces shelled mussels

ounces shelled clams

large shrimp, cleaned

cups dried tomatoes
Salt & pepper, to taste

(16 ounces) package taglierini (or tagliolini) noodles, cooked

bunch of watercress
6 limes
Juice of 6 limes
Parsley, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS

Sauté the garlic in olive oil. Add the squid, mussels, clams and shrimp, sautéing each until cooked through.

Add the dried tomatoes and season with salt and pepper.

Add the noodles and watercress. Season with lemon juice and parsley. Toss everything together, and enjoy.
