1 cup custard
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup chopped pecans
Black Forest filling:
1 cup whipped cream
1/2 cup cherries in syrup, drained and chopped
2 tablespoons chopped almonds
Cookies ’n’ cream filling:
1/4 cup crushed chocolate cookies
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. In a large bowl, combine custard, shredded coconut and chopped pecans. Set aside.

  2. In a seprate large bowl, combine whipped cream, cherries and almonds. Set aside.

  3. In a third bowl, combine whipped cream, crushed cookies and vanilla.

3 ounces dark chocolate chunks
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, and prepare 2 8x8-inch square baking pans with parchment paper and nonstick spray.

  2. In a heatproof bowl over simmering water, heat dark chocolate and butter until nearly fully melted. Remove from the heat and stir until smooth. Stir in sugar and eggs one at a time. Add salt and then flour until just mixed.

  3. Divide batter between prepared baking pans and spread evenly. Bake for 15 minutes or until the center is set. Cool completely.
